Getting cheated on is the worst. It doesn’t matter if you guys have been fighting or going through a rough patch. Cheating is still not okay if you’ve been growing apart or if you are doing long distance.

Whatever the excuse may be, cheating is never okay.

Do They Care About My Emotions?

And when you are having a heart-to-heart, do they seem to be detached from your issues? Does it seem like they don’t want to hear it?

If they are cheating, they may not be interested in your problems or emotions anymore. If they can’t be bothered to deal with your life than they aren’t worth it anyway.Do

They Make You Feel Crazy?

If they are constantly telling you that you are overreacting or that you are being crazy, you may be onto something.

If they tell you that you are being unreasonable and put all the blame on you, this is a tactic to take the heat off of themselves. Don’t buy into it.

If You Are Having Suspicions

And if you’ve ever been cheated on, you know that it sticks with you. It’s hard to get over it once someone has betrayed you like that.

So, is your partner acting weird? Here are things you should ask yourself if you think you are being cheated on.

Are They Always Distracted?

Does it seem like they are always focused on something else when you are together? When you guys talk, are they listening or is their mind somewhere else?

If you feel like they are mentally out of it, this is a sign that your partner may be cheating.

Have They Mentioned Someone’s Name A Lot Recently?

Although it seems like a stupid move on their part, if they keep mentioning someone else’s name all of a sudden, beware.

They may be trying to make it seem like their relationship with this person, whether it’s a new friend, a coworker or colleague, is less serious if they bring them up often.

If you keep hearing about someone else, I would ask some questions and try to get to the bottom of it.
