The one thing that really depresses you is whenever you feel like you aren’t moving. You always like to keep yourself busy and productive. You always like to stay active and mobile. So whenever you are forced to just keep still and stay immobile, you start to feel really bad. You feel like you aren’t contributing to the world and you’re wasting your time.
Taurus (April 20 – May 21)
As a Taurus, you are one who is known to always strive for perfection. You are deeply motivated and you are as hardworking as they come. You always like to fight for the things that you want and you are rarely ever fazed. However, you don’t deal with failure well. And whenever you come up short of your goal, you tend to feel really sad and depressed inside.
Gemini (May 22 – June 21)
Like an Aries, you always like to be moving. But more than just physically moving your body around, you like to literally move around from one place to another. You are a wanderer and you hate staying stuck in one place for a prolonged period of time. That’s why, as a Gemini, your biggest trigger for depression is when you are forced to stay put in one location.
Cancer (June 22 – July 22)
As a Cancer, you always tend to keep to yourself and you don’t like to open yourself up to other people. You always like to just withdraw into your shell and deal with your problems and heavy emotions on your own. The problem with this is that you tend to put so much pressure on yourself and you might not be able to handle it at times.
Leo (July 23 – August 22)
As a Leo, you are a proud and egotistical creature and you really have trouble with letting things go especially if they damage your ego. This is the reason why you tend to get depressed sometimes. You have a very difficult time of letting past events go and they always manage to come back and haunt you. You have to be able to detach yourself from the past.
Virgo (August 23 – September 22)
Your lack of confidence and self-esteem is what triggers your depression. As a Virgo, you don’t really think much of yourself. That’s the reason why you get sad a lot. You always talk yourself down and you tend to believe in your own helplessness.
